Chrystal The Warrior Woman

I know for a fact that each person that has come in contact with this Warrior Woman has a story to tell about her. I cant wait for her to read them all and get a taste of the gift she has given us just by being in our lives.

For now I will start with how she changed my life .
If you know Chrystal then you already know all of the things I am going to say about her (and how red she will turn reading it).

When I met her she had already been battling cancer for many years but you would never guess it. She has a spunk about her like no one I have ever met in my life. She is the kind of person that can enter your life and you dont know how you lived without knowing her. From her passion for working with children to her drive to make everyone's day she is one of a kind.

The two of us shared and office and ran a preschool for about 3 years together. Every single day of those 3 years she asked me how I was doing. She was my shoulder to cry on and the one that made me laugh when I was going thru a very hard time in my life. She was always worried about me, our teachers, and students. All the while living with these horrible "bugs" inside her as she told the kids. She has made me a stronger person. She helps me remember not to sweat the small stuff.

I admire the way she meets a person and instantly forms a connection with them. She makes people feel like they have known her for years. I have never met a person like her.

I have moved on to another preschool and she got the amazing opportunity to be the Director of the beloved preschool we worked at. I look forward to her call everyday even if it is just to ask a small operational question. When I hear her laugh at herself for asking the same question for the 100th time I cant help but laugh with her. I miss seeing her everyday and getting her bone crushing hugs when she knows I am down.

The bills really add up after 10+ years of treatment after treatment. She once shared with me how much a routine CT scan was and my jaw fell to the floor. We want her around for a lot longer and helping to reduce her stress about bills will be a huge relief. She is currently waiting on clinical trials while she rest from her current procedure.

I started this page along with Rozelle and Grace to not only help her financially but to show her just how much she means to so many people. Please contribute anything you can and make sure to write about how she wiggled her way into your life!
