As a pastry chef, the pinnacle of your career is competing on the world stage; I have that opportunity to work with a tremendous group of chefs -
The Agriculture Culinary Team Manitoba Regional Team at the Culinary Olympics 2020!
The joy of this competition is the ability to work with my son as my assistant; William @wbrown34 is at the start of his culinary career and an exceptional fine artist. This would be the second competition we have teamed up for, the first was the Gelato Festival America where we won Silver.
These funds raised will help us cover the cost of travel, ingredients, tools, and grueling practice sessions. The goal is to compete and create a tremendous foundation for a young culinarian, build relationships around the world with fellow chefs, introduce my students at TSTC in Waco to the world of competition and bring home the Gold!
Travel for practices begin early in the fall and the competition is in Germany this coming February. We are on a tight schedule and will be working our regular jobs while planning, creating, practicing every available minute.
