Help Caleb with surgery and PT cost

Dear friends and family,
Most of you are aware that I have been dealing with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis for going on 27 years now. I have always tried to live tough, and to live strong. Trying to never let it outwardly affect me or others. That is not the case any more.
What a lot of you may not know is that starting about 3 years ago, all the cartilage in my hips and knees wore out. This has left me greatly debilitated, and in immense amount of pain. I have been unable to work ever since and have been on disability. The damaged joints also prevents from walking a full city block, standing more the minutes at a time, most of the range of motion, and affects my sleeping. It's to the point I can no longer do most of the activities and hobbies I enjoy.
I finally got in to see the Orthopedics a little over a month ago. I will be needing both my hips and knees will need to be replaced over 3 or 4 different surgeries. They also said that my joints are so worn out that if don't get them replaced with in a year, there won't be anything they will be able to do.
It's really hard for me to learn to start asking for help, but the time as come. I can't go on living with my joints this way, and I can't take care of this on my own. Physical, emotional, and financial help is all needed, and would mean more then words could describe. The 15k financial help we are fund raising for is to help cover medical insurance detuctable, co-pays, physical therapy, and all the other cost involved with these surgeries.
I miss and love everyone one of you! When I get my "feet back under me", I'll be trying to catch a show and hike with you all!
