CFMEU Wistleblower Justice

$1,775 of $150,000 goal

Raised by 16 people in 4 months
Brian Miller and Andrew Quirk have spent a combined 42 years defending the rights of ordinary working men and women in the construction industry, now they need your help. They blew the whistle on the dodgy relationships and dubious practices of the NSW CFMEU leadership. As a result, they have been vilified and lost their livelihood.

They are seeking justice and justice and in our legal system doesn’t come cheap. These men have withstood threats and intimidation by officials linked to gangster owned companies in the building industry. Brian and Andrew have been generously supported by solicitor Chris McArdle but now need to fund the presence of two barristers over a potential five-day hearing in the Federal Court.

Stand up for truth, decency, transparency and real worker’s rights. Stand up for Brian and Andrew and help them put their case before the Federal Court.
