PET SHELTER NEEDS YOUR HELP
For the pets or strays that end up in a holding facility their time is limited by a matter of days. These animals need your help. Your support would geatly be appreciated. Thank you .CAPS Building Fund
Castroville Nip & Tuck is a low cost Spay & Neuter program for Medina County residents. We received our 501c3 non profit status in 2005 . We have provide a low cost program ever since . We expanded to all of Medina County 6 years ago with the help of grants through The San Antonio Area Foundation and The Summerlee Foundation. Castroville does not an Animal Shelter - only a dilapidated out of compliance "holding facility".
Castroville Nip & Tuck in conjunction with the City of Castroville have to building an Animal Pet Shelter for Castroville. The new shelter (CAPS) will be located at 8151 FM 471 south. The City will provide the land and infrastructure and Castroville Nip & Tuck will build the building and work with the City on the operations of the facility. The FCAC (Friends of Castroville Animal Control) will coordinate the Volunteer program and continue their foster program through the shelter.
The donations will all go towards the building fund - actual construction of the shelter. All members of CN&T as well as FCAC are all volunteers . There are no paid staff.
