We're all praying for a quick and safe recovery!
I just watched the movie Stronger and I was so bothered there was no mention of financial support especially to get Jeff into a ground floor apartment or one with an elevator. I couldn’t imagine that he was sucked into Boston Strong but there was one evidence of helping him have a living situation for a wheelchair. Then I found this Go Fund Me so maybe it all went for medical?
I hope you get all the money you need for your medical bills and i pray you heal perfectly. All the best- Echo sierra
Go help fund me
Pretty amazing how so many people piss on victims because the watch a few videos on youtube made by people as dumb as they are.
I am so proud to be a part of this. Please keep it going to reach this goal :)
Loren, I have to say the same thing. Most of what I've seen up to this point was nothing but hate and misery. As horrific as the attack was, we saw people move in to save the lives of others right away. Then we saw total strangers help new friends bounce back. While many have a long way to go, if it wasn't for the people who saved their lives, many more would have died or been in even worse shape. Because of the actions of these heroes the rest of us are fortunate to know of amazing people like Jeff, Heather, Marc, Celeste, Adrienne, Rosann, Mery and all the other survivors. BTW, I sent an email to our President and my two senators suggesting cancelling 2 F-35 joint strike fighters and using the money to pay all the medical and recovery bills of the Boston and 9-11 survivors. Of course none of them listened, but maybe if more told them....
its kind acts like this that restores my faith in humanity, to the people who created this page your love for your friend is without a doubt inspiring, wishing you a safe recovery Jeff x
I'VE GOT TO SAY, I HAVE BEEN ONE OF THOSE GUYS NOT SURE OF THIS. WHAT A TRAGIC THING TO HAPPEN TO YOU. I AM AN ARMY VET. WORKED ON MISSILE AND VARIOUS WEAPONS SYSTEMS. THE POST THAT SHOW CRISIS ACTORS LOOK REAL CONVINCING. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THERE ARMY AMPUTEES WORKING FOR THESE MOCK TERRORIST ATTACKS. SO LETS SHOW THE FACES OF OF ALL THE FAMILIES INVOLVED. I WOULD LOVE TO MEET WITH THE VICTIMS AND MAKE A DOCUMENTED FULL DISCLOSED ACCOUNT FROM FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF THE VICTIMS . BECAUSE I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW WHATS TRUE ANYMORE. AND ITS SOMETHING WE ALL NEED TO FEEL ASSURED. PLEASE LET ME SHOW EVERYONE. I WANT TO BELIEVE. I JUST KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE THAT FALSE INFORMATION HAS BEEN GIVEN OUT BY OUR GOVERNMENT. AND THE MEDIA HAD THE TRUTH BUT COVERED FOR GOVERNMENT. I WAS A SPESIALIST 1ST CLASS 25TH INFANTRY THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS AMERICA AND GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS WE NO LONGER FIGHT FOR FREEDOM WE FIGHT FOR THE ELITE CORPORATIONS.
Regarding the C-Leg post, the Genium leg is the latest from Otto Bock. I hope they can get you these.
Jeff, thank you for helping catch the the terrorists. Remember you did it before they could kill any more people in New York so you are a true national hero. I think Congress owes you a Congressional Gold Medal (highest civilian honor) But how is your recovery going? Have you been fitted with your prostheses yet? This site hasn't been updated for a while.
You are truly amazing......bombing, wake up and identify the bombers, bring happiness to others, support your fellow injured friends, bring no attention to yourself, up lifting, courage, strength ~ we all admire your admiration and determination!! Love you buddy! xo

a C-LEG.......something to look into Jeff. AGAIN I ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ THE 3 PAGE ARTICLE. IT IS AN UPLIFTING STORY, THAT WILL HELP YOU IN YOUR RECOVERY. http://www.golfdigest.com/magazine/2009-10/ken_green?currentPage=1
Hey Jeff, just dropping in to say hello and hope all is well. I just read an interesting article about a PROFESSIONAL GOLFER who lost part of his right leg below the knee. Its a wonderful article I would encourage you to read. His name is Ken Green and he currently plays on the CHAMPIONS TOUR. Four days after the amputation, there stood at Green's bedside a young Mississippi woman who, in her father's church-meeting words, had come to "love on him." Green said to her the kind of thing he is always saying. He said smiling words. "What kind of misunderstanding of me do you have," he said, "that makes you want to meet me?" Not a misunderstanding. A shared fate. Rachel Blackledge was 17 when she fell from a boat and lost a leg above the knee to a propeller as the boat passed over her. Her best friend was killed in the same accident. At 21, she walks on a C-Leg, a mechanical wonder of sensors, microprocessors and hydraulics that's the next-best thing to the real thing. She had come to the hospital to encourage Green that he could live the life he wanted, as she has.
