1) What are we doing?

The Grand Kingdom of Bristangolia is collecting funds for our maiden voyage from its noble citizens to save our planet! In July 2019 Sam, Isaac, and Ed will be driving over 10,000 km from Bristol, UK to Ulaan Baatar. Our mission – To establish the Grand Kingdom of Bristangolia, planting trees by the mile!

2) Who are we supporting?

The charity we are supporting is Cool Earth. The time for us to grab climate change by the cojones has never been more imminent. In a recent report, the IPCC (the climate change top dogs) warned of the impacts should the world’s temperature reach an average increase of 1.5C from 1990 – currently we are at 1C! Limiting warming to 1.5C is possible but the window is narrowing and the earth stands at a tipping point.

We need now not to be the disease causing the world to warm, but be the generation to administer the antidote!

Since their conception Cool earth has saved 901,679 acres of the world’s most at-risk rainforest, Stored 234,436,540 tonnes of CO2 and worked alongside local people to build better health, better education and better livelihoods; creating resilient and empowered villages.

Through their projects, our emissions from the rally will be offset tenfold.

Our Second Charity is Refugee Community Kitchen! After seeing the great work that Pipe and Slippers comrades have been doing over in Calais with RCK, the kingdom sees it fit that this work should continue for the betterment of our world.

Since 2015 RCK has been serving up warm nourishing meals to refugees in Calais and have recently extended their efforts to feeding the homeless in London; many of whom are refugees on the brink of survival in one of the worlds richest cities.

£1 provides 2 hearty meals for someone in need of them.
