Had Car Accident avoiding Oncoming Truck on Bridge

I am Bomar, Ted Honning, I was driving my 2000 Blue Ford Focus to meet a friend for lunch on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 11:15 AM...

As I was approaching a narrow concrete bridge, which is approximately 75 feet long and a 45 degree arc with 2 foot shoulders, on Williamsport Pike, East of Rodeo Drive.  I saw a 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck midpoint on the bridge, which was 2 foot over the double yellow divider line of the roadway...

Having less than a second to react... I moved onto the shoulder of the eastbound lane to avoid an accident, but due to the narrowing of the shoulder, at the bridge, I collided with the guard rail / concrete end pillar...

My car pivoted into the eastbound lane of the roadway...

My car was then hit by the pickup truck, at the left rear quarter panel, spinning the car, and throwing the tools, in the trunk, onto the ground and over the bridge's side...

At this point I was in and out of consciousness...  The Jaws of Life were needed to remove me from my car...

12 hours later I awoke at Vanderbilt Medical Center in the Intensive Care Ward with many injuries...

My injuries are a crushed/broken Right Wrist, along with a broken Thumb and Little Finger... I also have 10 staples in the back of my head ... On my Left side I have a broken Collarbone along with 5 cracked Ribs  ... and I also have a perforated Liver...

So here is my problem, because I hit the bridge first, avoiding an accident, all my medical bills are my responsibility and my car was totaled... After spending 6 days in the hospital, the doctors needed, and all the tests when I first arrived, over $100,000 in medical costs have accumulated...

My car insurance only covers $5,000 of the medical costs, leaving me a $100,000 medical debt...

I received the hospital bill, through the mail on Monday, October 29, 2018...

I have been told, by the Surgeon, I will not be able to return to work for 9 months to a year for the Wrist and Collarbone to heal properly...  I am a self employed organic cattle farmer about to loose my small farm...
