This site is specifically to help me raise funds for my two girls, Nathan, Nathan's parents (to help with my care) and I to go to Disney Land Paris.
Why do we want to go? Nathan promised Gracie that we would go as a family for her 8th Birthday before my diagnosis in 2011.
Gracie keeps mentioning this and now it's even more important than ever that we fulfill her wish and spend some quality time together as a family.
The girls have never been on a plane before or on a holiday abroad and I am conscious that time away from medical centres, Doctors and nurses would be just what we all need.
I want the girls to have one last amazing memory of all of us as a family before I die and I would love your help to try and make this happen.
