On December 16, Bill Fink passed away after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 46 years old and weighed about 120 lbs. at the time of his death.
Bill spent much of his life helping others - from sharing his passion about technology to coaching youth baseball to helping out colleagues to be successful. In his role as a Microsoft Technical Evangelist, he touched many people in the software development community.

Since his diagnosis this past spring, Bill was on long-term disability, drawing a reduced salary.
This fundraiser is to help out Bill's family - offsetting medical costs and moving to the next phase of their lives. Bill's wife has been a stay-at-home mother, raising their 2 children for many years.
