I amCorey Jones all-district football varsity letterman, high school graduating senior, class vice-president, and I have been selected to be a democratic national convention delegate for Bernie Sanders! At the democratic national convention I get to represent Bernie Sanders and vote for him to get the democratic nomination. In a country that prides itself for having democracy It's not an cheap trip to represent the people of America. Our party officials imformed us the trip would cost anywhere from $5,000 - $7,000 with money from working, friends, family, and fundraising I am hoping and praying I will be able to attend. I'm asking for as much as you can do to help my way on this trip. This trip is so tremedous to me not just because of weeks of campaigning and meetings but also because I plan to major in political science and this experience will be a huge stepping stone in my political career.Help change a life so I can change the world. Any extra money obtained will be going towards helping push local progressive politicians in Iowa.
