Beverly Holmes Smith Memorial Fund

Beverly Ann Holmes Smith of West Wareham passed away at Tobey Hospital on the morning of Sunday, January 29th, 2017 at the age of 82. She is pre-deceased by her parents Brad and Olive Holmes of Onset. She was survived by her 3 beloved sons Peter, Jonathon and Christopher, her daughter Beverly, her brother Brad Holmes, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with family and going out to a leisurely lunch which she enjoyed regularly with a well-poured glass of wine. She was recently able to travel, enjoying this past Thanksgiving in Florida on the beach with members of her family. She was consistent throughout her life, knowing what she wanted for herself and for her family, and expressing herself with clarity and confidence. Special thanks to her niece, Sally Holmes, for her tireless care during the last weeks of her life. In accordance with her wishes, there will be a Celebration of Life at Salerno’s function facility located in Onset, MA on the afternoon of April 8th from 1-4pm. Family, friends and acquaintances are encouraged to join and bring their stories and memories.

Funds will be used to benefit the less fortunate in honor of Beverly who often benefited from others kindness.
