Blue Bamboo Arts Center

Dear Friends,

Blue Bamboo Center for the Arts Inc is a designated 501(c)3 non-profit corporation dedicated to supporting the arts in Winter Park, Florida. To that end, we are building a new performing arts center and need your help with our building fund.

Here's a brief explanation of our project and why we need your support:

The center is being built inside a 4,000 square foot warehouse located at 1905 Kentucky Ave., Winter Park, Florida, 32789. It will include a music performance space with a capacity for 200+ guests, audio and video recording capability, and an art gallery. We will feature classical, chamber, jazz, folk, and bluegrass music, theater, dance, visual arts, and literary events. We are committed to arts education, therefore the center will also function as a teaching space, featuring lectures, seminars, music clinics and soundproof teaching studios for professionally staffed music lessons.

We need your help and support to succeed in building this first-class arts center for everyone to enjoy. Your tax-deductible donations will go toward building the stage; a stage lighting grid; sound and recording equipment; acoustical treatments; a grand piano; wood flooring; landscaping; electrical and plumbing updates; painting the warehouse; purchasing a new air conditioning system; and general construction costs.
