My dream is to open an affordable center in my hometown of Crown Point, Indiana.
It is important for the parents to work and provide for there children. The center will offer extended hours, early and late, to accommodate the schedules of working parents. We will have a van to pick up children and take them to school or daycare. Then we will pick up students at school and care for them until parents pick them up. It's a simple idea, but one that hasn't been implemented here in Crown Point. I will provide the children with a safe, educational, stimulating and fun environment. Homework help will be available. Parents will never have to worry about the safety of their children going home to an empty house. But what will keep them coming back year after year will be the dedication of the staff in caring for each child, making the most of the time the children spend with us.
We will have a fun filled educational experience appropriate for each age group, from infants to 12-year-olds. There will be nutritious meals and snacks, social interaction, arts and crafts, dance class, computers and exercise classes.
With this funding the center will be able to give back to the community by providing high quality, safe, affordable daycare services for low income families who need to know their children are safe and happy while they are at work. Your contribution will make a difference in the lives of children in need.
