Aubrey Taylers Support Fund

$10,220 of $20,000 goal

Raised by 259 people in 9 months
Created February 9, 2018
Aubrey Tayler Bowlin was involved in a road rage altercation while riding her motorcycle on February 8th, 2018 in Milton, WA, just south of Seattle. She was attacked and beaten on the side of the freeway, and had to open fire on the attacker in self defense to end the threat. Because of this, we have created this fund to be used toward legal and medical fees.  Any help is very much appreciated.

Thank you

Hey all! Here to update. 6 months have passed since the incident, and Aubrey is doing her best to move forward. Unfortunately, her bills don't stop flying in. Aubrey is almost back to being at work full time, but playing catch-up is not a quick or easy game.
This process is going to require ongoing support, emotional and financial. If you are unable to donate, feel free to at least let her know you support her, on Facebook. It might seem insignificant, but I assure you, it is not!
Aubrey for the first time describes in detail what she went through, in a podcast here: https://youtu.be/YdrVbtr6YK4
Again, thank you for your support. It means the world to me, and everything to her. Bria

Update!
As some may have read, Aubrey's case has finally officially closed. She has received all of her possessions back. Her medical bills showed up, and even after insurance are well into 5 digits. She is doing the best she can day by day to regain some sense of normalcy.
For all of those saying, why did she pull over, she didnt - he pulled right up behind her in the HOV lane in stopped traffic and got out. She had nowhere to go. The bottom line is this - he shouldn't have got out.
Now, moving on from the incident, medical bills, therapy, missed work, counseling, and lawyer fees are no joke, and are why this fund is still up. She also had to cut her work hours in half and frequently leaves when panic strikes. She needs all the love and support we can offer.
Even though her case is closed, there is still a very long and difficult road ahead. The family has up to 3 years to decide to sue her or not for wrongful death. She will be seeking professional support for a long time to come, and she will never be the same. If you can help, please do.
As always, if you have questions or need to speak with me or reach out to Aubrey, please message me on Facebook (Bria Lund) or email me. I am slow to respond to email.
Thank you all for your help.
❤️ Bria

Everyone asking if this is real and why is it up if there aren't charges yet.

Aubrey has given consent to post this and she is the ONLY person that can remove funds. I set it up that way specifically for the reason you're all asking, to ensure its not a scam and I'm not profiting from her misery.

Also, it was started because regardless of charges, she's going to need legal help whether criminal or civil. There will be a need for an attorney regardless of criminal charges and this is to help her with that.
