April has been fighting Trigeminal Neuralgia also know as the "Suicide Disease" for the past 3 years & it's time for her to get her life back!
April is a wife and mother of two and Trigeminal Neuralgia has taken away her time with her kids, husband, family and friends.
Pain facts that bring it into comparision. The human body can handle 45 Del Units of pain before collapsing. During childbirth, 57 Del Units is suffered. That can be compared to 20 bones being broken at once. Trigeminal Neuralgia will inflict up to 90 Del Units during an attack. yes 90. This is why Trigeminal Neuralgia is called THE MOST PAINFULL CONDITION KNOW TO MAN and referred to as the "SUICIDE DISEASE", as many sufferers take their own life as they cannot deal with the pain.
April is a fighter but has been told by Ontario Neurosurgeons they can do nothing further for her pain. They are now seeking treatment from Trigeminal Neuralgia experts in the USA.
They have incurred a lot of expenses related to her disease over the last 3 years and will now incur more expenses as they seek treatment in the USA. The USA has great Doctors specialized in Trigeminal Neuralgia but coming from Canada April will have no healthcare insurance coverage.
I was Ted's (April's husband) best man for their wedding and I cannot sit back and watch the pain she deals with every hour of every day anymore.
Please help April get her life back. Help her be a mother, wife, and friend again.
