For those of you who do not know Anita Schmitt personally but feel it in your heart to help support, we feel you should get to know the amazing woman Anita is...
Anita is 33 years young, a fabulous mother, an amazing wife, a caring friend, a loving sister AND an inspiring co-worker. She is ALSO by far the strongest, highest spirited person, most positive role model anyone could look up to. She is happiest when surrounded by her friends and family, and she is a shining light in many people's lives.
Anita is battling a tough fight with stage IV colon cancer, and has been fighting fiercely for about 4 years: crushing through 47 rounds of intense chemo (and counting), hundreds of tests, scans, and countless surgeries. Not to mention, more than a few difficulties encountered during the tests and surgeries, aftermath reactions, complications and other medical issues.
A donation of any amount is greatly appreciated more than you know. Anita has another extensive surgery coming up March 14 in NYC.
Funds will be used for Anita's ongoing medical bills, expensive emergency flights, numerous cab rides to and from the hospital, forced hotel stays, doctors visits, scans, tests, other increasing medical expenses, bills and to aid in the loss of income.
