A Round To Remember

 Meridian Senior Living, with headquarters based in Hickory, NC, is the fifth largest Memory Care provider in the United States.  On Wednesday, June 17 and Thursday, June 18th Meridian Senior Living, LLC will be hosting “A Round To Remember” Silent Auction and Golf Tournament with all proceeds benefiting Alzheimer’s. “A Round To Remember” is sponsored by Condé Nast, publisher of such magazines as Golf Digest, Condé Nast Traveler, Bon Appétit and Architectural Digest.

 Our goal in hosting “A Round To Remember” is to help change the course of Alzheimer’s by educating people about the disease, raising awareness for those facing Alzheimer’s and the impact it has on their families and caregivers.  Here are some facts to know and share in raising the awareness of Alzheimer’s disease:

* Alzheimer’s is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States.

*More than half of all Americans know someone with Alzheimer’s.

*Ten million Baby Boomers will develop Alzheimer’s disease.
