Tommy's Rent Fund

This is Tommy. Tommy is 55. He's a son. He's a college graduate. He's South Carolina resident. He's a Christian, and he is an incredibly kind man. Tommy is also homeless. While this will never define who he is, right now it is defining his circumstance. Today, Tommy had a seizure on the USC campus because he's been without his medicine for a week. He's been without those medications because he was evicted from his home for being short a mere $300.
Today, I asked myself how many times I've made a mistake or have come up short.
The answer is countless times, yet, not once did a shortcoming leave me homeless. Not once did a small mishap shatter my world. Tommy hasn't been so lucky. So I'm asking you all who have experienced that luck to please consider helping him. I brought him some food, clothes, gift cards and essentials this evening and he couldn't have been more thankful. Even though he went to Clemson, he wanted to take a picture in the Carolina hat I brought. He is kind and he is appreciative.
Tommy needs a few things. He needs a phone charger for a Samsung, some clean undergarments and a warm coat. Most of all though, he needs a place to live in the impending cold weather. Please consider donating through this page and sharing with any and everyone. If we raise $1200, we can give Tommy stable housing for a month and repay his $300 deficit. However, if we raise more, we can give him a stable foundation for months to come which would be absolutely lifechanging for him due to his health issues. PLEASE share with friends, family, clubs, co-workers and anyone else you feel compelled to. Thank you all so much!
