Joyce was a nurse for 40 years and dedicated her life to helping others. She worked Labor and Deliver for 10 years, ER and ICU for 20 years and Home Health and Hospice Care for 10 years.
In the end she ended up with a broken back and a body riddled by cancer. Her belongings were donated to charities to help others in need as she wished still giving in the end.
