Our IVF Journey(Patrice+Ebony)

Donation protected

Friends and loved ones, we're at the point where we feel it's time to ask for your assistance. If you can't donate, please share our story. Patrice and I are trying to have a baby! While super exciting, we know it is going to be a challenging experience.

Even though its difficult for us to tell our story of infertility so publicly we know that sometimes it takes a village to make things happen. This is very important to us so whatever it takes we will do. So far Patrice has undergone 3 IUI's(Intrauterine insemination) which were all unsuccessful. Even though we were disappointed and a little sad we knew that we werent going to give up on making our dreams come true in becoming parents. The next option for us is IVF.

We are trying to raise money in order to be able to pay for the meds we need for an IVF cycle. We've been saving diligently and have enough money saved for the actual IVF procedure, but are having difficulty making the final push to cover costs of meds.

The total cost of our IVF cycle is $13,650. Majority of the cost of the cycle we can cover. We are down to the final hump in our road which is paying for the medication that Patrice will need to take. The cost of all medications is $3000. The medications which are all injectables except for one are as follows: Gonal-F, Cetrotide, Menopur, HCG and Endometrin. We have about a month to try and come up with the remainder of the cost.

In case you do not know us personally I want to thank you for taking the time to read this. Furthermore, I want to let you know who we are as family. We are a happy, loving, caring, devoted and optimistic  couple married for 3 years/together for 5. My wife and I met several years ago when I PCS'ed from South Korea to Joint Base Lewis-McChord in WA. I knew from the moment I saw her that she was the one meant for me. It was love at first sight and still is. We have been together since 2011 and got married and made our commitment to one another to walk our path together as one in 2013. She is my best friend and hopefully soon the mother of our kids. We both work, we have a lovely home and 2 small dogs. We are waiting for the chance to finally become parents. We aint getting no younger, Im 33 and Patrice is 31, so the time is now to make this dream of ours a reality.

We would just like to thank those that can donate and those that just took the time to read our story. Anything will help. We know times are hard for alot of people. Thank You and God Bless.
