The performance of a lifetime

Hi! My name's Krystal Muñoz. I am a Music Education Major at West Texas A&M University and I've been given the chance of a lifetime- to perform with the university's Symphony Orchestra in Prague, Vienna, and Budapest!
Due to some unforseen circumstances with another colleague, they will not be able to perform in Europe with the orchestra and I have been invited to perform in her stead. Unfortunately, unlike the rest of my colleagues who have been fundraising since September, I, having just been recruited as a last minute replacement for my colleague, as of 1/8/16, have not had as much time to raise the funds.
The trip itself is going to cost $3000. I just don't have that kind of money sitting in my pocket and my mother, who is currently unemployed due to a surgery she recently had for a broken ankle, is unable to help me make any payments. In fact, I've been helping her with bills and other necessities at home, on top of my own living expenses.
That's why my goal is to try and raise $5000. Between helping my mom, paying for my own living expenses, and trying to raise money for the performance of a lifetime, I know that my job at Old Navy is just not going to cut it, but as a music student, I don't have the time to take up a second job.
So I'm asking you to please donate whatever you can and if you just can't donate, please share this around and spread the word. It's an honor to have been given this opportunity to perform in Europe and I just couldn't say no to it.
