Get Mel's Book Published

Hi Everyone!
So as some of you may know, for a long time I have wanted to publish my book.
For as long as I could remember after my cancer treatment, it was always in the back of my mind to write a book about my journey.
It wasn't until December 2012, after months of healing from my leg lengthening surgery, I was told by my surgeon that the metal rod that lengthened my leg, had in fact broken. This was the 'straw that broke the camels back' as they say. It was the motivation that I needed to start writing my book.
Well 3 years later, 130 pages and so many 100's of 100,000 of words between edit after edit, I have almost completed my book and have started the process of selfpublishing.
The only problem is, nothing comes cheap.
I'll be publishing through blurb.com, a reputable online self publishing site and at about $20 per book to be made, I'm looking at about $4000 at this stage.
I am asking for your help to get the first atleast 200 copies printed to get the ball rolling.
I am currently using the program 'Bookwright' to edit my book and I will be going through the online publishing company Blurb.com.
As far as donations go, GoFundMe holds onto everything until I'm ready to make a withdrawal to pay for my books to be published.
This would mean the world to me and becuase my motto is that if I can change one person who reads my book, I can change the world one person at a time.
