We were devestated to learn that our beloved Maria and Destiny were murdered while at home on February 15th, 2016.
We sit confused how such an awful thing could happen and we are trying to be patient as the detectives continue to investigate and search for the person responsible for their deaths.
Thru our pain and grief we still have to figure out how to get them back to lay them to rest. Neither was covered under life insurance which is the reason we have setup this GOFUNDME Page. We are hoping to raise money to assist in bringing them home to Portland Oregon and to lay them to rest.
Maria just turned 36 years old and Destiny was in school and would have been 17 later this month. Our hearts are torn in pieces at how something like this could happen to someone we love and care for so much. Let alone two someones that are so near and dear to us.
Maria leaves behind 4 children. Johnny (18), Valerie (12), Cristal (10), and Michael (9). The three youngest are still being raised by their father in Portland.
Any and all help is appreciated during this tragic time including prayers to help our family cope with this tremendous loss. Today 4 children sit with their father as they begin to imagine life without their mother.
