Nimmerdogs Shop in Ballard

Hello Nimmerdog lover's!!
As most of my friends know, it has been a dream of mine to start my own Nimmerdog shop. I've looked at places for the last couple years and rents and leases have been way to much and to crazy.
I heard about this shop in Ballard from a customer of mine at Boeing who said it's been vaccent and would be a great fit for my business.
I drove and looked at it and while taking photos of the place, a lady comes running twords me and asked what I was doing? I asked who owned the place and she said she did.
One thing led to another and I started asking questions and helped her do some work around the place.
She really likes me and wants me to take over the place.
The best news is the place was a restaurant before and bacicly has all the equipment I need to open.
I've walked around and checked out how other restaurants are doing and the coolest thing is that the new Pasao Sandwich Shop just opened literly 300 feet from my building and has a line at lunch going around the place.
I haven't been this excited about my business for a long time and actually was thinking about throwing in the towel and giving up on my dream because things were not working out and I was frustrated.
This place popped on my lap and this is something that needs to be done.
I'm somehow GOING to do this and it will be the best decision I've ever made.
I need to buy permits, insurence, pay the health department to inspect and approve and also buy a couple pieces of equipment that didn't come with the place and also some decerations.
To be honest money is very tight right now and I'm getting a small loan for equipment and a couple things but looking for funds from people who have believed in me and what I want to do to acomplish.
This is going to happen reguardless if I get a dime. If you can't give then please pray and send your possitive thoughts.
