ECOPPELLIANS is an environmental group made up of high school students from Coppell, Texas, whom are concerned with the misuse of plastic bags and its negative effects on the environment.
Our mission is that through the funding from sponsors, we want to collect and distribute reusable grocery bags to our local community in order to replace the less ecologically friendly plastic alternative.
We plan to start an iniciative to eliminate the use of plastic bags FIRST IN COPPELL by taking it to the local government
Our ultimate goal is to get the support of the local government and make the City of Coppell plastic bag-free and ultimately later influence others.
