(End of Decemeber...Beginning of January I wrote this:)
I AM SO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE that after writing for about 8 months my first ever fantasy novel is finally finished on this app called wattpad!! AND I AM ON THE JOURNEY OF GETTING IT PUBLISHED! I was literally shaking writing the last chapter and my heart was just thumping! Have you ever experienced that type of excitement in life...or even when your reading a really good book and you can’t read(type) fast enough? That’s how I felt, and its been hours since I uploaded the chapter and my heart is still pumping with excitement. I literally can’t believe it!
I have had such an amazing experience writing the adventures of my main character Lizzy Abner and I am so excited to share it with the world!

I have always wanted to write a book but really never thought it was possible. However, I threw that self doubt out of the window once I just went for it! My writing journey actually just came out of nowhere as I started my novel for a scholarship that had a limit of 17,000 words. Due to the word limit I had to end it on a cliff hanger which is actually my chapter 7 on wattpad. I was so pumped after exploring my writing ability and started to grow a huge passion for the the world of Shapeshifters, Dragons, magic, and more! Lizzy Abner not only opened my eyes to what I could do, but helped me see that there is so much magic that needs to be unlocked.
My novel is a whopping 73, 400 words that include 3 “bonus” chapters for the published book.
Wattpad has been such an amazing journey as I have met such great people who have been with me in my writing journey since day one. As of today I have gotten 30,000 individual reads on my novel, 2.2K votes, and 1,757 comments and counting! As of today, my highest ranking on wattpad is #92 in the tag magic out of 18.1K books!!
If you would like to support me in this new journey any small contribution would mean the world to me! Here’s a little sneak peek of my first paragraph of my novel....yay!
“The soft wind slowly blew a kiss to my face, a breeze so gentle and caring. I stood there in the field, breathing in the fresh air, grazing my fingertips along the pointy grass. The sun showed a spectacular orange tint, as it started to set. This was the only place I felt safe, felt loved. The birds chirped endlessly, singing songs to the one daily audience. Looking up at the tree I smiled and began to walk back to my house. Normally my heart would feel lonely, shy, maybe even depressed but today was a good day. A day where nothing could stop my joyful heart. I knew she was looking down at me, my mother, wherever she was, she was surely looking down smiling at her now 17-year-old daughter. Practically skipping to the creaky old porch, I swung open the door and was greeted by, well, my life.” .......
Intrigued? Good because my slogan for this novel called, Shift Into Your True Self is “Expect the Unexpected” and it is really the truth of my book...here is a comment I got not even 30 minutes ago by the amazing Lily-Luna_huffelgirl on my last chapter: “I never expected the end of this by the way. I was shocked.” “I really should of expected the unexpected.” Haha, I got her good in the ending! Lol!
