8th Sherwood Wiffle Ball World Series

Friends, family and wiffle-ballers,
We are proud and excited to announce that on August 13 — for the eighth time — we will be hosting the Sherwood Wiffle Ball World Series! Over the past seven years we have seen the WBWS rise from a casual, fun afternoon to a gigantic community event, and even though we're all around the country now, we knew we had to bring back the tournament for at least another summer — it's truly something we look forward to all year! The way the Bexley community has embraced us has been amazing, and we are truly thankful for the wonderful support we've had.
As you may know, we have a partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and we've been able to raise more than $8000 over the years for this great cause. Make-A-Wish does tremendous work, and we feel so lucky to be able to help children in need.
Donations to this page will go to helping us get the supplies to put this tournament on again, and all excess funds will be donated directly to Make-A-Wish.
The power of crowdfunding has been absolutely integral to the development of this tournament, and we can't thank our prior donators enough for what they've done to help us make an impact. We hope that you all will consider donating again, and help us continue what has become an amazing Bexley tradition. Thank you for your consideration, and for helping us better the lives of children in need.
