For the past 17 years Lulu's has been located on the corner of Selby and Fry in St. Paul to provide all your daily needs. Under new ownership since 2010, new life was been brought into Lulu's. Over the last 5 years plus, we have brought in some amazing made from scratch Mediterrianian/American infused style of food. We have received such good feedback and developed a very strong and loyal customer base. Due to some issues and barriers we have run into with our current location, kitchen space, and room for expantion we have made the decision to relocate and rebrand Lulu's into a full service restaurant. We will be offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a bar featuring some great locally brewed beers!! and a great selection of wines.
Progress is being made as we speak every day and at this point everything, for the most part, is on schedule to re-launch in early May of 2016 for the summer. With that being said the process is very, very expensive as you can imagine, and of course all estimates have run a little higher than expected. We are seeking that final financial push and your assistance to get this done and done properly.
How will we use the money you might ask? All the money generated on GoFundMe will be used in the following ways to help the progress of the project:
1. Beer & Wine License
2. BAR with Local Tap Beers!!! with new dining Seating/Bar area
4. Signage
5. POS System
6. Initial start up inventory
We plan on keeping the neighborhood vibes present as that has been what has made us so popular over the years. We are excited to bring back this one of a kind gem of St. Paul with our great menu, which will offer some delicious new menu items as well as the Lulus classic favorites.
