Ella's Drama School Dream
Donation protected
Hi,
I'm Ella Plummer and I am so excited to say that I have received the offer of a life time (in my eyes!) to train at one of the UK's top Drama Schools. I have been auditioning for Drama Schools for the past 6 months, hoping and hoping for a place...which I now have got! I've been selected out of around 2000 applicants, with 16 spaces to join this incredible school on there 'One Year Intensive Acting Course'!
From such a young age I have loved acting, I think the fondness towards it started when I was around 5. I received the role of Mary in the school 'Nativity' and ever since then I have not wanted to leave the stage! For the past 7 years I have been apart of a theatre group based in Ascot performing in two musicals a year: the most recent being 'Our House' where I played the lead role of Sarah. I've also performed with National Theatre Connections; performing on such a large scale really made it clear to me that this is what I want to do for a career.
This has been my dream for as long as I can remember however there's a downside to everything! This course is self-funded, with no help from the government and no scholarships available through the school. I do not want money to be the reason I can't pursue my acting future- I believe there must be a way for this too happen and would be so grateful for any help, in any form, anyone is willing to give.
Thank you!
