Three short weeks ago, my brother, Vince Turnbull, was diagnosed with a brain tumor and his life was turned upside down. He was able to have it removed within a week. Unfortunately, the tumor is glioblastoma, a type of aggressive and fast growing stage 4 brain cancer. This type of brain cancer does not respond to radiation or chemo. Vince may participate in clinical trials. Between the surgery, the treatments, the need to be off work, and supporting a family of five, the financial strain is significant.
