Bring Aspen home too

Hello everyone! I'm Myst/Casey, whichever you know me as. I'm going to be headed back home to Texas in a few weeks and I need to bring my service dog, Aspen with me. He has helped me through a lot, having only had him almost a year. In order for him to travel with me on the Greyhound bus, he has to have his legal certificate. He has all qualfications for the certficate, I just can't afford to get it all paid for soon enough. I will be leaving the gorgeous state of Washington in early November, and I have to have a few days for shipping. Aspen is an important chunk of my life and I can't travel without him due to my anxiety and panic attacks. It would mean the world to me if I can bring him with me, and it'll save lots of tears and panic.
