Rio 2016

Summer is approaching and I'm preparing myself for all upcoming track meets near and far.  I am excited to make my dream  come true of running in this years Olympic competition in Rio. I have changed my life style, diet,  and intensified my training. All going well, I have drop 30 pounds and dropped my BMI for 6% to 2%. I am serious about accomplishing my dream making it to the Olympics, so I am gonna do whatever it takes. As you can see in my last race representing my country I was injured. I finished the race, with my never give up or quit mentality. I appreciate all who have donated and shared this post so far I will run for you guys. Thank you :) dreams do come true all you need is to put God first and work for what you want.
