Water For Flint

The city of Flint, MI is experiencing a dire water crisis. The water supply is contaminated after poor infrastructure was allowed to supply Flint residents unfiltered water.

The water is toxic and filled with lead, and thousands of residents have been compromised and may very well experience adverse health effects due to goverment negligence in the name of cost cutting.

All proceeds will go to the United Way of Genesee County, which will help them supply Flint residents with bottled water and water filters. I myself am in no way handling the money or accepting it into my account, it's going directly to the agency.

I am not a Flint resident. I am from Louisville, KY. However, as a human being I felt compelled stand in solidarity with the people in Flint and do something as I see thousands of people not only be denied one of the most essential components of life, but made to suffer for something they have no control over.
