Adoption Fees for Courtney

Donation protected
To start this story I'll add some background information about the children .
Courtney is  (9) nine years old and undergoes trauma & ptsd therapy.  Her therapist says ,while Courtney has all she'll ever need that it'll still be an adujstment for her to having a bed, clothing, a steady supply of food, electricity and water.  It took me a year to get her to sleep in a bed due to her former lifestyle and just as long for her to understand that the electricity in our home wasn't going to be randomly turned off...  her stuff wasn't going to be sold and that she didn't have to worry if she was going to get to eat that day, or any other day for that matter. Courtney has been part of my home since she was five(5)  Courtney needed glasses and she now has them.  Christopher just turned five (5) and has undergone three surgeries, will possibly have another in the next couple years ,on his feet and ankles.  He  attends physical therapy weekly. He wears leg braces to help him stand and walk.    Christopher attends occupational, physical therapy ,feeding therapy and hippotherapy on a weekly basis. He is on a daily medication to aid him in using the bathroom regularly and he wears glasses to help with a lazy eye and astigmatism. Christopher has since been diagnosed Autistic. He now has to visit an ophthalmologists every three months due to issues with his right eye. The ophthalmologists says it is possible he could go blind in that eye over time.
He attended a school for the deaf until after his second ear surgery and participated in Developmental Therapy.  The kids have an older sister, Brianna, who was placed with her father after staying with me for a litlte while.  All three (3) children came to be part of my home in August 2013.  They were removed from their parents /grandparents [birth mothers side of the family] and placed in Foster Care before I was notified.  I am the biological Aunt to Christopher (my brothers son).  Courtney is his half-sister.  I had the choice to just remove Christopher from Foster Care and leave his sister(s) there or take all of them but I refused to leave the children in Foster Care when they have me, a family member willing to take them in, love them and provide for them.  Tragically, while under their parents care the children were found locked inside a chicken pen.  An officer had to cut the lock to get them out.  The adults were found asleep in a van nearby.  The children stated that it had been two (2) days since they had eaten.  The baby, Chritopher, had been wearing the same diaper for two (2) days and had dried fecal matter on his little bottom.  The girls hair had to be cut off due to a lice Infestation.  Courtney weighed only 23 pounds at five years old, Christopher was only 15 pounds at 13 months, Brianna 98 pounds at 11.  Here we are three four (4) years later, Courtney and Brianna are honor roll students!!  They haven't missed a day of school in all that time.  Their hair has grown back out.  Courtney weighs a little over 75 pounds now and Christopher is 33 pounds. Christopher has 22Q Deletion Syndrome that affects his weight gain and how he eats.
He is finally talking now, having completed his developmental therapy.  The children are thriving in so many ways and I would love to adopt these sweet babies.  Yes, they are with me, family, but I want to adopt them to keep them from ever having to return to that lifestyle again.  Will you please help me help them?  I don't draw funds (cash assistance ) from the State for the children.  No money comes from the parents. Although there is an order for support, they do not pay or help with any medical cost.  I've done this on my own but now I need your help!
