Our dear Grace Jacobo fought courageously but lost her battle with cancer on August 9, 2019. She will be missed immensely by her children David, Christina & Angela, sisters Hildy, Angie & Alma, grandchildren and loved ones.
We thank all those who have generously donated! Your continued donations will go toward funeral expenses and college funds for her grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday August 13th from 5-7 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt.73 and Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ. A memorial service will be held 7 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
