Amanda is Dancing for Charity!

Hi friends, it's Amanda Goodman from KWWL.  Let me start by saying, you are not funding ME. I am humbly asking you to help me support a very special charity...in a very unique way.

I have been asked to be a part of DANCING WITH THE STARS: DUBUQUE STYLE.  While the thought of dancing in front of hundreds of people TERRIFIES me...the idea that I could help raise A LOT of money makes it all worth it. 

I have picked Catholic Charities of Archdiocese of Dubuque as my charity.

This organization is one of the most selfless I have ever worked with.  They help find affordable housing, offer mental health counseling, disaster relief, post adoption...the list goes on and on. If there is a NEED in our community, Catholic Charities is THERE. 

My goal is HIGH, but I know we can do it! One-third of Catholic Charities' annual operating budget is based off donations.

Thanks for your financial help...and I could use the prayers...so I don't break a leg on stage ;-)
