Save Molly's Life - URGENT

I got home from university 2 and a half weeks ago. I was so looking forward to seeing my dogs - three excited little Jack Russell terriers - again. But my littlest dog, Molly, was sick when I got home. And she still hasn't gotten any better. She hasn't been herself at all. We took her to the vet today and found out the worst.
She has a very severe uterine infection called pyometra that will kill her very soon. The only real solution is to spay her, but we can't afford it, so my mom had to say no.
She is on some antibiotics, iron supplements (to treat her resulting anemia from losing so much blood) and special food right now - we're putting a bandaid over a gunshot wound, basically - but she will almost certainly die if she does not have the surgery within the next week or two at the most (and she is not guaranteed to make it that long). The doctor said it would be a "miracle" for her to survive without it now, but even if she somehow did, the infection would be back within months.
I don't want to have to say goodbye to my dog. She's such a sweet girl. We've raised her from birth - she's only been with us for 6 years. That is too young for her to go.
It is urgent that we receive any donations as soon as possible because of the severity of her infection. Her white blood cell count is off the charts, literally - the vet said that anything over 20 is extremely dangerous. Molly's is 38.59.
Surgery is not a guarantee that she will recover. There could be complications during the operation, and the recovery period will be difficult. But she *will* die without the operation. If she gets it, she has a chance at living.
Anyone who knows me knows how much I love my dogs, so you probably also know that I haven't been able to stop crying since we had to tell the vet we couldn't get her the surgery. Anything you can contribute will be appreciated more than I can possibly tell you.
