Help save Sydney!

Donation protected

This is Sydney.  She was found on the steps of a friend's house, injured, emaciated, and covered in fleas.  She was cold and terrified and having trouble moving around.  Even though she was afraid, she was very welcoming of the attention and incredibly sweet.  We were able to get her to a vet, where she was so loving and grateful for the help that was being given to her.  What she's been through is still a mystery, but she has obviously suffered for quite some time.  Her injuries indicate extreme abuse and neglect.  She has multiple cuts and old scars across her body.  All 4 of her paws are raw, sore, and bleeding.  Her front top and bottom teeth are worn down and broken and will need to be removed.  She has swelling in one of her front leg joints which will need further care.  She has also had several litters of puppies and will need to be spayed, as well as have a mass removed from her belly.  Even through all of this trauma, Sydney is a sweet and affectionate dog who deserves a second chance in a loving home.  We want to give her that second chance by fostering her and getting her the medical care she so desperately needs in order to be healthy enough to find her forever home.  Any donation would be greatly appreciated, no matter how small, and will go directly toward her medical care, which is needed as soon as possible.  We are two people who love animals, and it would mean so much to us to be able to help sweet Sydney overcome the abuse and neglect she has suffered.
