Help Me Move

I got laid off at the end of January, and then my landlord let me know less than a week later that he's moving back to the area and needs to reoccupy his house by the end of February.  So... unemployed, soon to be homeless AND I gotta move.  Good times!  I do have a place to crash for the next little while, but I could really use some help wrapping up my life here and getting to the new location (approx 500 miles away).  I do not qualify for unemployment (35 hours short!), so basically I'm relying on the kindness of friends, family and possibly total strangers (hi Blanche DuBois) to land me in a safe place.

All funds will go towards:
- final utilities
- cleaning costs (including a run to the dump, I hope!)
- moving costs (I had friends help move what we could two days ago, but I will need professionals to help move a couple of big pieces of furniture and about 75 more boxes)
- food 
- gas
- anything else that needs doing that I can't think of right now as I write this.

I would sincerely appreciate any help you can give, as my life seems to have gotten completely surreal and I'm swept up like Dorothy in events rather outside my control.  Knowing I have a place to come to rest is great, but there's a ton that needs to be done in the next 10 days or so to get me there.

Any help would be sincerely, hugely appreciated.
