Patrick and Michelle Naughton

This seems so unreal. You have all heard about the tragedy that the Naughtons are dealing with. Their sweet girl is in the hospital going thru more than any of us could even imagine. We are all wanting to help in any way we can. Today I ask that we all come together to support this family in this great time of need.  Alyssa is going to take some time to get thru this and the last thing they need is to worry about how to pay their bills.

I have changed the picture. It is a beautiful pic of a Alyssa- I believe at the National Honor Society banquet . Not only is she beautiful but a smart cookie. Keep fighting and feel the love and support of your famiy, friends and the community.

This family has gone thru so many challenges. My dad always told me life is not fair and he was so right! Keep up the prayers because they need to be wrapped around the love of Jesus Christ. It is going to be a long haul and love and patience will be needed.

Yes the parents Michelle and Patrick are also still battling their own health issues on top of this all.

Thanks again to all that have contributed and continue to support!

Patrick Naughton our star quarterback and his sister Alyssa Naugton both students of Comstock Park High School have both their parents fighting back with this horrible disease  called Cancer.  Dad Patrick with leukemia and mom Michelle with breast cancer.

Pat Naughton Sr. was diagnosed with leukemia on Nov. 17, 2014, and he underwent a bone marrow transplant this past April. Naughton was hopeful his father was in the clear 100 days later after a biopsy showed he was cancer free. But two weeks later, three tumors surfaced.

Kickoff was less than three hours away the night Comstock Park played Zeeland West on Sept. 18 when Panthers quarterback Pat Naughton and his family got the crushing news.

His father’s cancer was back.

Monday morning (Oct. 12) 2015  Patrick JR had to drop his dad off at the hospital for a round of induction chemo, which is usually a 30-day stay, then sit with me while I had surgery. Patrick made it through that game on 100 percent heart.”

This is a strong family and they could use our Comstock Park Family love and support. This holiday season please consider making a donation.
