Re-Reunite Father and Son Fund

This is my shot in the dark, a plea to friends, family, and even strangers. I feel awful asking others to help lift this burden, but the more time that passes the heavier it becomes. I am looking to raise money to acquire an attorney. There has been a terrible injustice, my son has been removed from my life completely. There is no other recourse I can find to undo this. 

Three years ago, roughly, my son was taken to California. Me and his mother will never agree to the reason. During their two year stay there, I was able to see my son just once. There are not words for the feelings that the distance created. Then comes the news I could only dream of hearing. She is moving back, with lofty promises of how everything was going to be okay. Last July she moved back and for a moment I thought things were actually going to be okay, despite the many obstacles. It has been almost six months since I had him last. I will admit to being a bit eager, over zealous even. In that situation I don't imagine a person who wouldn't be. I thought the distance from here to california was terrible, but this is something far worse. I drive by the apartment where he lives every day on my way to work, because she lives 1000 feet away from my job.

I know now, that the only resolution to this is through the legal system. The money raised will go to that sole purpose. Between the lawyers and court costs, this money should facilitate this happening. I am only going seek standard visitation, the same I have for my daughter. This is not just for me, though at times it seems appear that way. The end result will benefit everyone. Most of all my sweet little boy and his big sister, and they are all that matters in any of it.
