Transportation Needed 4 Work

We have not had enough money left over to pay our car payment for several months. Bank came and picked it up yesterday. Now I have no vehicle to get to work and not much ability to save anything because there is nothing left over after feeding 5 mouths for the week, trying to keep the roof over our heads, and now heat, a brand new $12,000 dollar tax bill from my failed business, and my total life savings lost. Ive never felt this helpless before. Any support would be greatly appreciated greatly. Blessings to all of you who took the time to read this.
