Laptop Based Radar

I am raising money for a friend of mine who is working on a project called "Laptop Based Radar" at the laboratory of Faculty of Information Technology at Polytechnic University of Tirana. The goal of this project is the creation of a radar, which will be presented before the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications.

This radar will be able to detect the direction, position, and velocity of moving and stationary objects. It will also detect objects which stand at a specified height above the ground. 

The cost of realization of this project is estimated to be $650.  Below are given the tools that will be used and their respective costs:
