help lay Leah Lorenzetti to rest

Yesterday, Leah Lorenzetti passed away suddenly. She was a beautiful, smart and funny woman. She was a mother, daughter, sister aunt, and friend. She leaves behind her son Cameron and her daughter Mya who she loved and lived for everyday. Despite her struggle, she was one of the strongest people I knew and she will be missed more than she could ever understand.

Just one year ago leah set up a fundraiser page for our brother who we lost unexpectedly. This has been a very difficult year for our family and my parents are still picking up the peices from losing one child.
