Soldier to see son 1st time in 19 years

Hello. I am Retired Purple Heart recipient, Army SSG Joseph Capatina. I'm trying to raise money to get my son a roundtrip ticket to America. I have not seen him in nearly 19 years for circumstances far beyond my Control. Many of you know I've spent years trying to track him down to no avail. Well he is found, but he lives in NewCastle Upon Tyne in England.. it's about 2g' s for a roundtrip ticket to Portland,OR. I'm basically asking anyone for help. I'd really to heal with my son and bond. It's been so long and I'm over wrought with emotion. My military career and my honor to my country always came with a price. I was hit with an RPG ( rocket propelled grenade) and suffered a terrible TBI ( Traumatic Brain Injury), and I have some of the most severe PTSD. I'm now on a fixed income and my wife is 100% disabled. My folks have both passed away and I'm scared I will never see him. I'm asking for any and all help. Thank you for all you can do.
