Carrie Spann was a wonderful human being. She has helped save the lives of countless individuals. From all accounts, she was an excellent flight medic. Carrie was a mom to 3. Kayla, 19, James (Mikey) 16, and Zoe, 11. Carrie also left behind a fiancé, John, and many friends and colleagues throughout the medical community. This campaign is for us to help out any way we can.
