Fire, left The Soveys Homeless

Wednesday March, 16 2016 Irene, Todd and Jessica Sovey while not in the home , a fire devoured most of the house and all the things in it . After we could all get situated our newly mothered dog was hiding under the RV with her 5 puppies all accounted for by the neighbors and after being oxygenated . The mom Cookie , was too afraid to come out . Even after seeing everything ashes to ashes dusts to dusts , everything was ok knowing all the lives of our loved ones were still ok even our week old puppies .
After all the emotional stuff being done, it came to reality we had nothing . Not even a clean shirt to put on because what ever wasn't burnt was soaked, as the firemen had to wet everything inside to make sure no fire was still ongoing. Work clothes , baby photos personal records and certificates all gone . All though the most important thing.to me, being the eldest daughter of two, my dads wooden barrel he brought back from overseas in his tour to the Philippines. It was there and intact! I wasnt able to get the name of the kind fireman who was the one who saved it for me . But all I can think is how did it not get destroyed. Like everything else . My younger sister and dad have nothing but the clothes they left the house in that day. Being that the fire started in the back of the house where their rooms were.. Go fund me has given me a chance to tell my story, and a opportunity to get life back on track as far as clothes soap or anything else we take for granted daily
