Remodel of Retired Teacher's Home

We are raising $ to complete the renovation of a beloved retired English teacher's home- my Grandmother.  I am a senior at Lovejoy High School. This is my senior project. Her home was built in the 1940's and has not had any updates. As you know teacher's have always been underpaid for all their long hours of work. She is on a very fixed income.
The roof has leaks. The windows ice up in winter. The foundation has settled causing an uneven floor that is a hazard. Her electrical system is antiquated and dangerous. Her plumbing was found to be leaking under her house from the kitchen sink & tub.
So far family & friends have donated thousands of dollars for supplies, labor, expertise etc. I have learned some very valuable skills while working on this project. I have learned how to rewire electrical circuits, frame and install windows. I also learned how to level the foundation. I still have  to learn plumbing, sheetrocking, and painting. I have worked long hours all summer on her home. 
I am asking for your help to complete the project. Any amount of donation would be appreciated. Please pass this along to anyone that has a soft spot in their heart for a teacher!
