Help Emmy get much needed surgery?!

Im new to this, although Ive seen GoFundMes around. I never thought Id have to create one, but It seems like I just have bad luck that just keeps on coming and Im having a hard time getting out from under it. A year and a half ago I purchased my beautiful English Bulldog Emmy (she will be 2 next month) from a breeder and brought her home. All was well for about a day and then she got really sick and I took her to the vet and turns out she had Giardia and an upper respiratory infection, so I had to spend hundreds to treat that, after having spent a couple thousdand for her just a couple days prior.
Then a week later, she developed Cherry Eye (which is a medical disorder where their 3rd eyelid protrudes out and simply looks like a cherry in the corner of their eye) which requires surgery as It cant be left alone for several medical reasons. The breeder never mentioned this genetic disorder and stated she wasnt aware as they used a stud to get their female pregnant. So I had to spend another thousand+ to have it surgically stitched back into her eye.
A week after that, she developed a Cherry Eye in the opposite eye and of course another surgery had to be done to correct that as well. At this point I had spent 5K in the matter of less than a month when I hadnt planned on that.
Couple months later, she had decided to get into a bad habit of ingesting random items and/or her toys and got really sick and had to go back to the vet and they needed to keep her over night to (hopefully) flush it out of her system and avoid having to surgically remove everything. Luckily that worked and surgery was avoided, but over night fees along with other medications she was on was still 500+ dollars.
About a month ago, another issue arrised when she started holding her back leg up and I figured she had just pulled a muscle running around and I waited to see if It would get better. It did not. I took her to a vet the other day and they did an exam and turns out she tore her Cruciate Ligament in her knee and its going to require a surgery that they estimated being around $2100 due to the extent of the tear and they referred me to an Orthopedic specialist.
I have also had other health issues of my own and personal finance issues come up and it seems like I just cant catch a break with her. Shes my bad luck bulldog I like to call her. I love her to death though and want to get her the surgery she needs so she isnt in any pain. I dont like to ask for help, never have... but I feel like Ive been working my life away working 6-7 days a week trying to catch up with all the bills/vet bills/medical bills/student loans. Its just always something that pops up when I think Im about to get a handle on things.
Any help or even advice is appreciated! All funds will be going to her surgery that Im really hoping to get done ASAP. Thanks to anyone who even takes the time out to read this. Good luck is always appreciated as well!
